白细胞介素1β(IL—1β)是炎症急性期由激活的单核细胞释放的一种单核细胞因子,有报告它主要靠刺激下丘脑 CRF 分泌而促使垂体 ACTH 释放。作者通过体内实验和体外实验研究了 IL-1β在鼠肾上腺的直接作用。结果发现,IL—1β腹腔注入切除垂体鼠血浆皮质酮(B)浓度呈剂量依赖性升高,在4μg/kg剂量时已明显,6~8 μg/kg 时升高3倍。对照鼠注入 IL—1β6 μg/kg,血浆 ACTH 和皮质酮(B)(2~8倍)呈急性增高;切除垂体组循环 ACTH和B明显下降(-90%和-60%),IL-1β使 B 升高2倍,不明显影响 ACTH。IL-1β使肾上腺切片 B 呈剂量依赖性分泌,10~(-8)M 时升高18%,10~(-8)M
Interleukin-1β (IL-1β), a monocyte-derived cytokine released by activated monocytes during the acute phase of inflammation, has been reported to promote the release of ACTH from the hypothalamus mainly by stimulating the secretion of CRF. The authors investigated the direct effects of IL-1β in the adrenal glands of rats through in vivo experiments and in vitro experiments. The results showed that the concentration of plasma corticosterone (P) in the pituitary gland of IL-1β group was increased in a dose-dependent manner at 4μg / kg and increased 3-fold at 6-8μg / kg.
