因为成年人和胎儿胰腺供体组织来源不足,而猪胚胎前胰岛具有种种固有的有利条件,所以近年来,猪胚胎前胰岛移植研究逐步引起重视。妊娠中期胎龄75±3天的绪胚胎的胰腺组织,经胶原酶轻度消化后,培养10天。经培养所形成的胚胎前胰岛对高浓度葡萄糖刺激无反应。但对高浓度葡萄糖加氨茶碱刺激有反应。在培养期间,猪胚胎前胰岛的 DNA 与腹岛素含量的比值不断增加。用过氧化物酶染色方法进行组织学检查,发现除少许胰岛素和高血糖素阳性的细胞外,在猪胚胎的胰腺组织和前胰岛内并没有成熟的胰岛。将猪胚胎前胰岛移植给于8只裸鼠的肾包膜下,于3~4周后静
