国内信贷扩张速度正处于历史高位。央行近期前瞻性的货币决策微调恐怕在短时期内还无法缓解因信贷巨增所导致的种种隐患央行7月8日公布的月度信贷数据显示,6月份金融机构人民币各项贷款新增1.53万亿元。考虑到今年前5个月金融机构新增人民币各项贷款已达5.84万亿元之巨,上半年金融机构新增贷款已远远超过了2008年全年的新增贷款总额。
The rate of domestic credit expansion is at historic highs. The central bank’s recent fine-tuning of the forward-looking monetary policy may not be able to alleviate the hidden dangers caused by a huge credit surge in the near term. Monthly credit data released by the central bank on July 8 shows that renminbi loans in financial institutions increased by 1.53 trillion yuan in June yuan.
