企业投资与融资问题,是当前迫切需要研究的新问题。因为,在我国建立和完善社会主义市场经济体制和现代企业制度的过程中,一个急待解决的重要理论课题,即企业应如何有效、合理地使用自身所拥有的投资与融资权。我省知名经济学家刘学愚教授和部分学者共同协作,经过勤奋的调查、研究与探索,撰写出了既有高度学术水平,又具有实践上的指导意义的著作——《企业投资与融资经济学》,为企业界提供了一本颇有参与价值的业务指南;同时,也是在经济学领域面对新情况,解决新问题作出有创见的探索。该书得到了我国著名经济学家、中国人民大学教授宋涛老先生的赞誉和推荐。宋老还特意为该书写了序言,予以高度评价。我阅读这本书也与宋老有同感。概括地讲,我认为该书有几点值得称赞的是: 第一,紧扣当前经济改革的实际,以社会主义市场经济体制下的现代企业制度为对象,阐明企业经营管理最核心的内容——企业资金筹措与运用的理论和方法。选题准确,体系完整,结构严谨,文
The problem of enterprise investment and financing is a new issue urgently needed to be studied.
