随着铁路改革、减员增效的不断深化,我们迫切感到要在新形势下做好职工的思想政治工作,必须要抓住待岗职工这个重点,大胆地进行教育管理工作探索。经过一年多的研究与实践,我段的这项工作取得了较为明显的效果。主要作法如下: 一、深入调查,准确诊断。 有的放矢、对症下药,是思想政治工作的一条基本方法,也是做好待岗职工教育管理的重要前提。我们通过召开座谈会、问卷调查、个别谈话、找待岗前职工所在班组工长、骨干了解情况,查阅有关情况、数据等方式,归纳整理出职工被待岗的原因。然后,以具体问题具体分析的
With the deepening of railroad reform and downsizing and efficiency enhancement, we are eager to do a good job in the ideological and political work of our workers and staff in the new situation. We must seize the key points of the workers to be laid off and make bold explorations in education and management. After more than a year of research and practice, this paragraph of my work has made a more significant effect. The main practices are as follows: First, in-depth investigation, accurate diagnosis. Aiming at the right remedy, it is a basic method of ideological and political work and also an important prerequisite for doing a good job in the education and management of waiting-to-be workers.
