本文介绍了装载机工作装置性能参数电算分析的数学模型.为此数学模型编制的电算程序能进行工作装置的平移性等八种性能分析.电算结果除给出工作机构在任意多个位置上的性能参数的数据外,同时绘出性能参数变化曲线,较直观地显示了各项性能变化的全过程,为设计者更好地了解和评价工作装置性能提供了充分依据.并以山东临沂ZL50装载机工作装置优化方案为实例,给出了该方案性能参数的电算结果与曲线,并就相应性能作了简单评价.
This paper introduces the mathematic model of the computer-based calculation and analysis of the performance parameters of the loader’s working device. The computer program developed for this mathematical model can perform eight kinds of performance analysis such as the translation of the working device. The results of the calculation are given in arbitrary numbers. In addition to the data on the performance parameters in the position, the performance parameter change curve is drawn at the same time, and the entire process of various performance changes is visually displayed, providing a sufficient basis for the designer to better understand and evaluate the performance of the working device. The optimization scheme of the working device of the Linyi ZL50 loader is an example. The calculation results and curves of the performance parameters of the program are given, and a simple evaluation of the corresponding performance is made.
