After our country established a socialist market economic system, the hospital’s management is facing the problem of how to adapt to the market economy. Grasping the laws of market competition and constantly exploring advanced management methods are the inevitable choices for hospitals to survive and map in the complicated market competition. How does the hospital show itself to the community with its own quality, service, reputation, personnel quality, development strategy, and spiritual outlook?
