水运管理杂志社编委会、理事会与中国航海学会水运管理专业委员会于1997年5月17日至19日在厦门港联合举行了年会暨学术研讨会。出席会议的委员、理事及代表共59人。水运管理杂志社副社长、中国航海学会水运管理专业委员会副主任委员刘同安同志主持了本次会议;上海海运学院党委书记王恩田同志代表两会和海运学院在开幕式上讲了话;厦门港务局副局长、编委曾太平同志在会上介绍了厦门港的发展状况;湛江港务局党委书记、编委郭茂辉同志,交通部珠江航务管理局局长、编委赖定荣同志;交通部水运管理司助理巡视员郑理义同志分别主持了学术论文交流会;水运管理杂志社主编苏培基教授、上海海运学院管理学院於世成教授在会上做了专题发言;杂志社顾问王志远同志、中国航海学会水运管理专业委员会顾问王义源教授出席了会议。
Editorial Board of Water Transport Management Magazine, the Council and the China Maritime Academy Water Transport Management Committee held a joint conference and symposium in Xiamen Port on May 17-19, 1997. A total of 59 members, directors and representatives attended the meeting. Mr. Liu Tongan, vice-president of the magazine of water transport management and vice chairman of China Shipping Society’s water transport management committee, chaired the meeting. Comrade Wang Entian, secretary of the party committee of Shanghai Maritime University, spoke at the opening ceremony on behalf of the two associations and the shipping institute. Xiamen Port At the meeting, Comrade Zeng Taiping, deputy director and editorial board of the bureau, introduced the development of Xiamen Port; Secretary of Party Committee of Zhanjiang Port Authority, Comrade Guo Maohui, director of Pearl River Navigation Administration Bureau of the Ministry of Communications, and editor in chief of the Committee; Inspector Zheng Youyi presided over the exchange of academic papers respectively; Professor Su Peiji, chief editor of the journal of water transport management, and Professor Yu Shicheng of Shanghai Maritime University made a special speech at the conference; Comrade Wang Zhiyuan, consultant of magazine, comrade of China Shipping Society Consultant Professor Wang Yiyuan attended the meeting.
