本文作者以前曾发现在活动性自身免疫性溶血性贫血(AIHA)患者血中,有一T淋巴细胞的亚群,它能够与人的红细胞形成玫瑰花结。其他的学者在T淋巴细胞增生性疾病和用植物血凝素(PHA)刺激后也发现同种红细胞玫瑰花结。本文对AIHA、传染性单核细胞增多症及正常人血经PHA刺激后细胞的同种红细胞玫瑰花结使用透射电镜、免疫电镜和扫描电镜进行了观察。透射电镜观察到从10例AIHA中有172个玫瑰花结,其中淋巴细胞形成的玫瑰花结144个,单核细胞21个,分叶核粒细胞6个,浆细胞1个。这些形成玫瑰花结的淋巴细胞内质网、高尔基氏区都不发达。其中的63个淋巴细胞有核周微纤维,并核接近细胞膜处有一无细胞器及核糖体的充满细颗粒
The authors previously found that in the blood of patients with active autoimmune hemolytic anemia (AIHA) there is a subset of T lymphocytes that can form rosettes with human erythrocytes. Other scholars have also found erythrocyte rosettes following T-lymphoproliferative disorders and stimulation with phytohaemagglutinin (PHA). This article on the AIHA, infectious mononucleosis and normal blood PHA stimulation of cells after erythrocyte rosetting using transmission electron microscopy, immunoelectron microscopy and scanning electron microscopy were observed. Transmission electron microscopy showed that there were 172 rosettes from AIHA in 10 cases, including 144 rosettes formed by lymphocytes, 21 monocytes, 6 lobular granulocytes and 1 plasma cells. These rosettes formed lymphocyte endoplasmic reticulum, Golgi region are not developed. Among them, 63 lymphocytes had perinuclear microfibrils, and the nucleus was close to the cell membrane with an organelles and ribosomes filled with fine particles
