本文报道用Si替代Fe,得到了接近单相的样品Gd_2Fe_(17-x)Si_x(0≤x≤3),Curie温度随Si含量的增加而呈线性增加,用X射线结构精修方法确定了Si的占位是择优发生的,使得哑铃对沿其轴线方向伸展,定性说明了居里温度增高的原因.采用双子晶格平均场模型,将Fe与Si看作一个T子晶格,当x从0变化至3时,T子晶格之间的相互交换作用积分J_(TT)/k从25.4K变化至31.8K,即T-T之间的交换作用明显地得到了增强。
