本文报告从一起食物中毒的餐余物及24名中毒者的肛拭子粪便中采样进行细菌培养,以生化反应、噬菌体裂解试验及血清学鉴定等方法,分离出8株哈特沙门氏菌。以该菌制成抗原“O”定量凝集试验,与24名中毒者恢复期血清的效价为1:160～1:640,而3名正常人对照血清凝集效价为1:20。确定此次食物中毒系哈特沙门氏菌所引起。经文献检索,该菌在国内尚未发
This article reports from a food poisoning residue and 24 pox anal swab samples for bacterial culture, biochemical reactions, bacteriophage lysis test and serological identification of eight isolates of Salmonella isolated.
