未来10～20年将是我国工业化和城镇化发展最为重要的时期,“十二五”时期是完成工业化和城镇化的重要开头。为转变发展方式、优化产业结构和合理布局城乡区域经济,我们应从宏观区域经济、综合经济区域、特色经济区、基本经济区四个层次建立完善的区域经济体系;深刻理解中国特色城镇化道路内涵,走中国特色城镇化道路,统筹城乡发展;建立完善实现各地区公共服务均等化、创造各地区大体一致的经济社会发展环境、促进到问题地区投资等内容的区域政策体系。
The next 10 to 20 years will be the most important period for the industrialization and urbanization in our country. The “12th Five-Year Plan” period will be an important beginning for the completion of industrialization and urbanization.
