现代企业要想生存和发展,必须树立企业档案管理意识,实现企业档案由传统管理向科学化、现代化管理的转变。企业档案管理工作的领导和从业人员只有正确理解、处理好其中的利害关系,才能使企业档案管理工作在企业管理工作中得以发展、壮大。笔者结合在企业档案管理工作的经历,从几个方面提出如何加强企业档案管理的意识。
In order to survive and develop, the modern enterprise must establish the consciousness of enterprise file management and realize the transformation of enterprise file from traditional management to scientific and modern management. Only if the leaders and practitioners of the enterprise file management work properly understand and handle the relevant interests can the file management work of the enterprise be developed and expanded in the enterprise management. The author combines the experience of enterprise file management work, from several aspects put forward how to strengthen the awareness of enterprise file management.
