随着社会的进步,经济的发展,现代化技术的应用,流动人员数量在不断攀升,导致其档案管理工作也出现了诸多新的难题,因此,加强新形势下的流动人员档案管理迫在眉睫,这是当前人事档案工作的重点,也是人才资源开发的主要工作,是政府人力资源和社会保障部门适应社会主义市场需求的重要组成部分,是推进人才合理流动与配置的主要工作。
