According to statistics, in 2000 China’s training market was 10 billion yuan, compared with 30 billion yuan in 2001 and 50 billion yuan in 2002. This is a very attractive cheese. In recent years, in the face of new employment environment and employment pressure, the demand for highly educated and highly qualified personnel in the market has been on the increase. At the same time, the competition for talents has also become more and more cruel. Some big organs and large companies regard highly educated people as a prerequisite for their basic assessment. In order to maintain their own sustainable development, in order to find a bigger stage and space suitable for their own development, more and more people of insight are no longer satisfied with the opportunity of re-learning provided by the unit and turn their attention to On-the-job training, that is, study at their own expense. In view of this, a large number of institutions committed to training intermediaries (including various types of full-time training schools) came into being. It is reported that only Beijing currently has hundreds of training institutions.
