辽河滩海油田部分区块开始进入中高含水期，产出液大部分为油层水和油水乳化液，急需适用于滩海油田的高效采出液处理装置，以实现原油外运、污水就地处理。为此，辽河油田研制了V系列液-液动态旋流分离器，该装置重量轻、体积小、能耗低，适合海上油田及边远区块使用。经试验，单级分离原油含水低于5%，污水含油小于1%。
Some blocks in the Liaohe Tanhai Oilfield started to enter the middle-high water cut period. Most of the output fluid is oil-water and oil-water emulsion. Therefore, it is in urgent need of an efficient production fluid processing device applied to the Tanhai Oilfield in order to realize the crude oil transportation and sewage treatment in situ . Therefore, V series liquid-liquid dynamic cyclone separator has been developed in Liaohe Oilfield. The device is light weight, small in volume and low in energy consumption and suitable for offshore oilfields and remote areas. After testing, single-stage separation of crude oil containing less than 5% water, sewage oil is less than 1%.
