目的:探讨四磨汤对非胃肠术后患者胃肠功能及血清脑肠肽的影响。方法:采用随机双盲双模拟的研究方法,将72例妇科肿瘤术后患者随机分为观察组和对照组;观察组术后给予四磨汤口服液和吗丁啉安慰剂,对照组给予吗丁啉和四磨汤口服液安慰剂;用药5 d后观察两组患者术后胃肠功能恢复及血清胆囊收缩素(CCK),瘦素(leptin)水平变化情况。结果:观察组术后肠鸣音恢复时间和首次肛门排气、排便时间较对照组明显提前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);观察组治疗后血清CCK,leptin水平均下降,与治疗前比较差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:四磨汤可促进非胃肠术后患者的胃肠功能恢复,可能与调节血清CCK,leptin水平变化有关。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Si mill decoction on gastrointestinal function and serum brain gut peptide in non-gastrointestinal postoperative patients. Methods: A total of 72 postoperative patients with gynecologic tumor were randomly divided into observation group and control group by randomized, double-blind and double-dummy study. The observation group was given Siweitang oral solution and domperidone placebo, and the control group was given The rats in both groups were given placebo after 5 days of treatment. The recovery of gastrointestinal function and the levels of CCK and leptin in the two groups were observed after 5 days. Results: The recovery time of bowel sounds and the time of first anal exhaust and defecation in the observation group were significantly earlier than those in the control group (P <0.05 or P <0.01). After treatment, the levels of CCK and leptin All decreased, compared with the pre-treatment difference was also statistically significant (P <0.05 or P <0.01). Conclusion: Si mill decoction can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function in non-gastrointestinal postoperative patients, which may be related to the regulation of serum CCK and leptin levels.
