近年来,随着国家对职业教育投入力度的不断加大,我国中等职业教育呈现出蓬勃发展的态势。在着眼于中职教育快速发展的同时,中职学生的健康发展同样应受到重视。因此,对于严重影响中职学生身心健康的校园暴力,必须正视并采取措施进行有效干预。本文从分析中职学校校园暴力现象的类型着手,从同伴群体的压力、社会媒介的诱导和校园管理制度三个角度,探讨了青少年学生暴力行为的内在原因及其抵制策略。
In recent years, with the continuous increase of the state’s investment in vocational education, the secondary vocational education in our country has shown a vigorous development. While focusing on the rapid development of secondary vocational education, the healthy development of students in secondary vocational schools should be given equal attention. Therefore, for serious campus violence affecting the physical and mental health of vocational students, we must face up and take effective measures to intervene. This article starts with the analysis of the types of violence phenomenon in secondary vocational schools and probes into the inherent causes and countermeasures of violence among teenage students from three aspects: peer group pressure, social media induction and campus management system.
