铁道部科技司主持的《减速顶通用技术条件》铁道行业标准审查会于1993年7月21日至24日在满洲里召开。出席会议的有铁道部运输局、机务局,铁道部标准计量研究所,铁科院运输所,铁道部通号公司设计院,北京、上海、沈阳、哈尔滨铁路局,广州铁路(集团)公司,上海局站场调速技术发展中心,上海局工业公司,哈尔滨局减速顶调速系统研究中心,广铁科研所,沈阳局吉林科研所,郑州北、武昌南站,哈尔滨工业大学等22个单位共34名代表。
The “Railway Track Industry Standard Review Conference” hosted by the Department of Science and Technology under the Ministry of Railways was held in Manzhou from July 21 to July 24, 1993.
