由煤炭科学研究总院上海分院负责设计的短壁工作面综采机组,主要包括新攻关研制的MGD150-NW型采煤机(辽源煤机厂制造)、SGD-730/90W型刮板输送机(西北煤机总厂一厂制造)等项。经国家级质量监督检测中心型式试验、切割人造煤壁试验并验收后,于1990年4月开始在窑街矿务局急倾斜水平分层放顶煤工作面进行了井下工业性试验,取得了良好的技术经济效果。7月27日在窑街矿务局通过了由中国统配煤矿总公司技术发展局、生产局共同组织的技术鉴定。
