利用基因枪转化法将Xa2 1基因导入 80 4B(BT型不育系 80 4A的保持系 ) ,选育出纯合稳定的株系皖 2 1B。以80 4A与皖 2 1B连续回交转育 ,育成了高抗白叶枯病的不育系皖 2 1A ,对皖 2 1A和皖 2 1B的不同世代材料进行PCR分析和田间白叶枯病菌抗性试验 ,表明Xa2 1基因稳定遗传且抗性稳定。皖 2 1A与恢复系R 18、HP12 1、U16 0配制杂交组合具有良好的抗病性和产量潜力。
The Xa21 gene was introduced into 80 4B (maintainer line of BT type male sterile line 80 4A) by using gene gun transformation method, and the homozygous stable line Wan 2 1B was selected. The male sterile line Wan 2 1A with high resistance to bacterial leaf blight was bred by continuous backcrossing with 80 4A and Anhui 2 1B. PCR analysis was performed on different generations of materials from Wan 2 1A and Wan 2 1B, The resistance test showed that the Xa21 gene is stable and stable and resistant. Anhui 2 1A and restorer lines R 18, HP12 1 and U16 0 had good disease resistance and yield potential.
