从体育器械用镁合金的激光表面改性角度出发,运用X射线衍射仪、光学显微镜、显微硬度仪、磨损试验机及电化学测量系统,研究了激光熔覆复合涂层对合金母材物相、显微组织、显微硬度、耐磨性和耐腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明,经过激光表面改性后的AZ31镁合金的表面硬度、耐磨性和耐腐蚀性能得到极大提高,且当Al-Si质量比为6∶1的Al2O3、TiO2时综合性能最好。
From the perspective of laser surface modification of magnesium alloy for sports equipment, the effect of laser cladding composite coating on the base metal of alloy was studied by using X-ray diffraction, optical microscope, microhardness tester, wear tester and electrochemical measuring system. Phase, microstructure, microhardness, wear resistance and corrosion resistance. The results show that the surface hardness, wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the AZ31 magnesium alloy after laser surface modification are greatly improved. When the Al-Si mass ratio is 6:1, Al2O3 and TiO2 have the best comprehensive properties.
