目的探究细节管理模式在消毒供应室护理管理中的应用效果。方法对对照组医护人员采取普通管理,对观察组医护人员采取细节管理。结果对照组医护人员的科室满意度和护理质量明显不如采取细节管理模式的观察组。结论在消毒供应室采取细节管理模式,取得了极好的效果,使得患者及其家属对医院和医护人员的满意度得到提高,护理人员的工作水平和工作质量得到提高,人们对医院的信任度也得到提高,奠定了一个打造特色医院良好的基础,在临床上具有一定的推广意义
Objective To explore the application of the detail management model in the nursing management of disinfection supply room.
