粪类圆线虫感染的临床表现有多种形式,尤以消化道和皮肤症状最为常见。以往的文献报道中,除重症粪类圆线虫病患者死后尸解时在心肌或心包液中发现粪类圆线虫外,临床诊断心脏型粪类圆线虫病十分罕见,本文作者发现1例。患者为47岁男性,因乏力、呼吸困难、胸痛、贫血和心动过速而住院。过去史除曾有过几次腹泻外,其余无特殊。体检发现;心动过速伴心律不齐,但无心功能不全之体征,胸膜和肺正常。血象表明中度贫血,未见嗜酸性白细胞增多。肺部X线检查结果正常。心电图提示:心动过速,心率110/min,未见QRS轴和复极异常,基础心律为窦性心律,在阻滞的房性期外收缩和室性期外收缩后可见间隙性窦性复
