目的:探讨头颈部CT 仿真内窥镜(CTVE)成像的方法和技巧。 材料与方法:使用HiSpeed CT/i扫描机,扫描层厚1.0~3.0 m m 、螺距1.0~1.5,重建间隔0.1~1.5 m m ,应用Navigator sm ooth 功能对150 例病人进行了各种头颈部CTVE成像。 结果:所有病例都获得了满意的CTVE图像,通过选择不同的观察方位、角度和阈值,CTVE能清楚显示靶器官内正常解剖结构的立体影像和病变的部位、大小、形态及其侵犯范围。105 例经纤维内窥镜或/和手术证实的病例中,CTVE显示病变的准确性是95% 。 结论:高质量的头颈部CTVE图像依赖于扫描及图像重建参数的合理选择和匹配,选择合适的观察方位及阈值,以及操作者的技巧和熟练程度。
Objective: To explore the methods and techniques of CT virtual endoscopy (CTVE) imaging of head and neck. Materials and Methods: Using HiSpeed CT / i scanner, the thickness of scanning layer was 1.0-3.0 m m, the pitch was 1.0-1.5, the reconstruction interval was 0.1-1.5 m, and the Navigator sm ooth All 150 patients underwent CTVE imaging of head and neck. Results: CTVE images were obtained satisfactorily in all cases. By selecting different observation orientation, angle and threshold, CTVE can clearly show the stereoscopic images of the normal anatomical structures of the target organs and the location, size, shape and extent of the lesions. Of the 105 cases confirmed by fiber endoscopy and / or surgery, CTVE showed a 95% accuracy of the disease. CONCLUSIONS: High quality head and neck CTVE images rely on reasonable selection and matching of scan and image reconstruction parameters, selection of appropriate orientation and threshold, and operator skill and proficiency.
