在我们以往实验研究中,曾证明广地龙粗制剂的降血压作用,以低温水浸液和低温稀醇浸取液效果较好,当温度超过60℃时可导致降血压作用的明显减弱,所以在进一步分析广地龙降血压的有效成分时,我们参照了黄文魁等的低温分离法进行提取,实验所用的地龙系购自安徽省药材公司合肥市批发站,经安徽省药品检验所鉴定为广地龙(Lumbricus Kwangtangensis),今将实验结果报导于后。
In our previous experimental studies, it has been demonstrated that the crude preparation of Radix Grenbaudi has a good effect in lowering blood pressure, and it is better at low-temperature aqueous extracts and dilute alcohol-alcohol dip extracts. When the temperature exceeds 60°C, it can significantly reduce the effect of lowering blood pressure. Therefore, when we further analyzed the effective components of the blood pressure drop of Guangdi Long, we referenced Huang Wenkui’s cryogenic separation method for extraction. The dragon used in the experiment was purchased from the Anhui Hefei City Wholesale Drug Station, and was identified by the Anhui Institute of Drug Control. For Lumbricus Kwangtangensis, the experimental results are reported later.
