随着社会改革的不断深入,行政事业单位国有资产管理制度中存在的问题逐渐显现,尤其在现阶段财政制度逐步透明化背景下,对行政事业单位国有资产管理提出了新的要求,建立健全我国行政事业单位国有资产管理体制显然已成为新形势下行政事业单位的重要任务。本文剖析了现阶段我国行政事业单位国有资产管理中存在的典型问题,并且有针对地提出了初步管理措施。
With the continuous deepening of social reforms, the problems in the state-owned assets management system of administrative institutions gradually appear. Especially under the background of the gradual transparency of the fiscal system at the present stage, new requirements have been set for the management of state-owned assets in administrative institutions, The state-owned assets management system of administrative institutions has clearly become an important task for administrative units under the new situation.
