采用湿法工艺对马铃薯残渣进行氧化/醚化改性,探讨了反应条件对改性产物性能的影响,并对反应条件和合成体系进行优化;并考察了改性产物对改善废纸脱墨浆回用过程中细小组分助留助滤性能和成纸性能的影响。结果表明:马铃薯渣氧化实验的最优条件为:过氧化氢用量6%,催化剂用量0.12%,反应温度45℃,反应时间50min,pH=4.0;醚化反应最优条件为:碱化时间30min,m_(NaOH):m_(CTPTAC)=2.0,m_(CHPTMA):m_(OPR)=0.4,反应时间3~4h,反应温度50℃,反应溶剂为乙醇或异丙醇;改性助剂的添加可以明显改善废纸浆回用过程中的助留助滤效果。改性助剂最佳用量为1.0%~1.2%。浆料pH值、DDJ的转速和接触时间对助剂添加的作用效果影响较大,而对电导率的影响较小。马铃薯渣改性助剂可明显改善手抄片的物理强度和纸页匀度。
Oxidation / etherification of potato residues was carried out by wet process. The effects of reaction conditions on the properties of the modified products were discussed. The best dosage of modified additives is 1.0% ~ 1.2%. The pH value of slurry, DDJ speed and contact time have a great effect on the additive effect of additives, but have little effect on the conductivity. Potato residue modification aids can significantly improve the physical strength and sheet uniformity of hand sheet.
