目前,农村学校所面临的诸如生源减少、留守儿童增多、学生基础差等问题日益突出,这些问题还造成了农村学校学困生数量的增多,同时也给农村学校的发展带来了一定的困难。要实现农村学校可持续发展,除了要提高办学水平、加强学校软件和硬件建设之外,还要找到加强对学困生教育的有效途径。对此,笔者就如何加强农村学校学困生教育谈谈自己的看法。
