本刊讯日前,北京市药品监督管理局昌平分局“行刑衔接”工作受到昌平区检察院领导好评。为进一步落实行政执法与刑事司法衔接工作,确保药监行政执法过程中查办的涉嫌犯罪案件及时移送司法机关处理,昌平区检察院副检察长于丽艳日前率昌平区各有关单位人员组成的排查走访小组,到药监昌平分局听取了该局2011年6月以来的“行刑衔接”工作和案件自查情况汇报。于丽艳副检察长充分肯定药监昌平
