随着公共建筑的用电设备种类越来越多,用电设备不断向智能化设备方面发展,这对供配电的可靠性、安全性、灵活性提出了更高的要求。从公共建筑的电气设计角度,提出了一些问题,并对其解决办法进行探讨。工程概况及设计要求某综合大楼,总面积60 000 m2,高80 m,地面15层,地下1层,属一类高层建筑。按甲方提出的要求,需做到方案合理、技术先进、运行可靠且满足相关规范的要求,并兼具简捷实用,便于操作、管理和维护,减少综合投资的特点。
With the increasing number of types of electrical equipment used in public buildings, the continuous development of electrical equipment to intelligent equipment has put forward higher requirements on the reliability, safety and flexibility of power supply and distribution. From the perspective of the electrical design of public buildings, some problems are put forward and their solutions are discussed. Project Overview and Design Requirements An integrated building with a total area of 60,000 m2 and a height of 80 m, with 15 floors on the ground and 1 basement is a category of high-rise buildings. According to the requirements put forward by Party A, the requirements of reasonable scheme, advanced technology, reliable operation and compliance with relevant norms should be achieved. Both of them should be simple and practical, be easy to operate, manage and maintain, and reduce the characteristics of comprehensive investment.
