城市机动车尾气排放作为空气主要污染源,若在红灯怠速下熄火,既可减少机动车尾气排放又可省油。基于计划行为理论,从机动车驾驶员怠速熄火行为的态度、主观规范、知觉行为控制、行为意愿、风险感知、环保知识和机动车知识七个层面,建立影响机动车驾驶员红灯怠速熄火意愿的理论模型,以重庆市主城区调查数据为样本,利用结构方程模型对影响机动车驾驶员意愿的因素进行了实证分析。研究表明:驾驶员对机动车风险感知的影响远远大于对知识的影响,要推动红灯熄火行为,改善安全方面的顾虑会有较好的效果。
As the main air pollution source, the emission of vehicle exhaust in urban areas can not only reduce the emission of vehicle exhaust but also save oil if it is turned off at idle light speed. Based on the planned behavior theory, this paper establishes the intention of influencing the driver of the motor vehicle to stop at red light speed from the aspects of the attitude of the motor vehicle driver’s idling stop, the subjective standard, the control of perceptual behavior, the intention of behavior, risk perception, environmental protection knowledge and motor knowledge. The main urban area of Chongqing as a sample of the survey data, the use of structural equation model of the factors that affect the driver’s willingness to carry out an empirical analysis. The research shows that: the driver’s influence on the risk perception of motor vehicles is far greater than the impact on knowledge. Driving red lights and improving safety concerns will have a good effect.
