在社会主义条件下实行市场经济,是邓小平建设有中国特色社会主义理论的重要内容。当前改革已进入攻坚阶段,面临着新的更深层次的矛盾。反映在思想认识上,有的人对社会主义条件下能否搞市场经济信心不足,有的人则担心深化改革会走向私有化。社会主义究竟能否与市场经济有机结合,需要实践来回答。广东是我国改革先行一步的省份。全国改革遇到的难点,有些在广东已解决,全省经济正在纳入市场经济与社会主义基本制度有机结合的轨道。实践证明了邓小平同志关于社会主义和市场经济不存在根本矛盾论断的正确性,证明了江泽民同志关于社会主义市场经济体制是同社会主义基本制度结合在一起的论断的正确性。
The implementation of a market economy under socialism is an important part of Deng Xiaoping’s theory of building socialism with Chinese characteristics. The current reform has entered a crucial stage and is facing new and deeper contradictions. Reflecting on the ideological understanding, some people are not confident in whether or not they can engage in a market economy under socialism. Some people are worried that deepening the reform will move toward privatization. Whether socialism can be integrated with the market economy requires practice to answer it. Guangdong is one of the first provinces in China’s reform. Difficulties encountered in the national reform, some of which have been solved in Guangdong, are being integrated into the organic integration of the market economy and the socialist basic system. Practice has proved that Comrade Deng Xiaoping’s correctness of the thesis on the absence of a fundamental contradiction between socialism and the market economy proves the correctness of Comrade Jiang Zemin’s thesis that the socialist market economic system is integrated with the basic socialist system.
