从全面抗战后国内经济社会环境、开发西北的思想出发,简述谷正伦入主甘肃后采取的政治经济措施。运用大量原始档案资料论述当时社会经济贸易环境的变化以及基础设施建设和实业发展。这些举措推动了甘肃省的现代化发展,为甘肃省早期市场化的形成奠定了基础并收到一定的成效。反映出在当时背景下,甘肃省社会经济发展带有鲜明的时代需求和时代特点。
Starting from the idea of developing the domestic economic and social environment after the War of Resistance Against Japan and developing the Northwest, this paper briefly outlines the political and economic measures that Gu Zhenglan took after he entered Gansu. Using a large amount of original archival materials to discuss the changes in the socio-economic and trade environment at that time as well as the infrastructure construction and industrial development. These measures promoted the modernization of Gansu Province and laid the foundation for the formation of early marketization in Gansu Province and received some results. It reflects that under the background of that time, the social and economic development in Gansu Province has distinct characteristics of the times and times.
