严重外伤病人最主要的是对所引起的急性出血性休克的预防和治疗。急救措施首先应该是恢复或重建某些重要器官的功能,以免这些器官功能衰竭和直接威胁病人的生命。急救措施应包括: 1.保持良好的血液循环; 2.维持足够的呼吸交换量和充分的氧合;必要时施行控制呼吸。
Serious trauma patients is the most important cause of the prevention and treatment of acute hemorrhagic shock. First aid measures should first and foremost be the function of restoring or rebuilding certain vital organs in order to prevent their failure and direct threat to the life of the patient. First aid measures should include: 1. Maintain good blood circulation; 2. Maintain adequate respiratory exchange and adequate oxygenation; exercise respiratory control if necessary.
