对抗抑郁剂的过敏反应常常是对染料过敏而不是对活性药物过敏。酒石黄是常见的染料。本文报告5例与应用三环抗抑郁剂有关的荨麻疹病例。方法:排除有精神病、器质性脑综合征和药物滥用史的病例后,复习了262例应用三环抗抑郁剂患者的病历。只服用不含酒石黄的注册三环药的病人和第一次就诊后未再追踪的病人不予研究。剩下的170例病人服用肯定含有酒石黄的三环抗抑郁剂。137例服丙咪嗪,64例服去甲丙咪嗪。11例服阿密替林,
Allergic reactions to antidepressants are often allergic to dyes rather than to active drugs. Tartrazine is a common dye. This article reports five cases of hives associated with the use of tricyclic antidepressants. METHODS: After excluding cases of psychiatric, organic brain syndrome and drug abuse history, 262 patients with tricyclic antidepressants were reviewed for their medical records. Patients taking only Tricyclics not containing tartrazine and those not followed up after the first visit were not studied. The remaining 170 patients took tricyclic antidepressants that certainly contained tartrazine. 137 cases of imipramine, 64 cases of anti-imipramine. 11 cases served amitriptyline,
