信息技术能力是教师专业素质的必要组成部分,是中小学教师专业提升的重要标志之一。笔者重点总结影响中小学教师信息技术能力培训的主要因素,包括培训内容,培训团队,培训法则。并总结了目前存在的三大问题,最后本文提出了相应的解决方案,文章对于提高中小学教师IT能力水平,促进中小学教师自身IT专业能力发展以及学员学习能力等方面具有重要的理论和实践意义。
The ability of information technology is an essential part of teachers’ professional qualities and is one of the important symbols of professional improvement of primary and secondary school teachers. The author summarizes the main factors affecting the ability of primary and secondary school teachers in information technology training, including training content, training team, training rules. And summarizes the three major problems that exist at present. At the end of this paper, the corresponding solutions are put forward. The article has important theories and practices for improving the ability of primary and secondary school teachers in IT, promoting the development of primary and secondary school teachers’ ability of their own IT professionals and their learning abilities significance.
