通过对平顶散热翅片形状结构的分析研究并结合渐开线齿轮啮合原理,推导出了翅片滚刀的齿廓方程及滚刀顶部和刃面的成型轨迹,并利用SolidWorks建立了滚刀的三维模型,并针对不同的翅片对滚刀进行了装配模拟。
Based on the analysis of the shape and structure of the flat roof cooling fin and the meshing principle of the involute gear, the tooth profile equation of the hob and the forming trajectory of the blade top and edge are deduced. The three-dimensional model of the hob was assembled for different fins.
