大庆油田精细化工厂座落于大庆市高新技术产业开发区,始建于 1992年,隶属于大庆石油管理局,是一个集生产、研发、销售、服务为 一体的大型国有企业。主要生产民用液化石油气、工业混合烷、工业丁烷、混合已烷、工业正已烷、工业精戊烷、庚辛烷残液（200＃）、工业辛烷（190＃）、工业庚烷（12＃）、30％烧碱、31％盐酸、液氯等十余种产 品。2001年生产产品19.8万吨,实现销售收入近4亿元。产品质量可靠。1998年通过了ISO9002国际质量体系认证。并被大庆市定为信得 过产品。
