患者,女,78岁。3年前发现腹部有10×10cm大小囊性肿物,因无不适未治疗。3个月来自觉右上腹胀痛,肿物增长迅速,食欲减退,体重下降10余斤入我院。体检:T 37℃,P 66次,BP 130/70。浅表淋巴结不肿大,巩膜皮肤无黄染。心肺未闻异常。右上腹可触及约30×20cm大小肿块,有囊性感,边界清楚。肝功能正常,血沉5mm/h,α-FP阴性,包虫皮内试验阴性。超声波显示肝右叶有一约30×20cm
