本文主要利用光镜和电镜等组织学技术,报告人睾丸和附睾结缔组织肥大细胞(Mast Cell:MC)形态及分布概况。作者取120例非睾丸性疾病男性尸检的睾丸和附睾标本,依据年龄分组,20例一组,共6组,即:A 组(0~1岁),B 组(1~3岁),C 组(4~9岁),D 组(10~12岁)。E 组(16~50岁),F 组(51~70岁)。光镜标本经中性福尔马林液固定,H-E,阿利新兰,醛夏红等染色,每例随机取10张切片,每张切片高倍镜下随机取10个视野/126.000μm~2观察。
In this paper, mainly using histological techniques such as light microscopy and electron microscopy, the reporter testes and epididymal connective tissue mast cells (Mast Cell: MC) morphology and distribution profile. A total of 120 testis and epididymis specimens from male autopsies of non-testicular disease were grouped according to age. Group A consisted of 6 patients (group A, 0-1), group B (1-3 years), group C Group (4 to 9 years old), Group D (10 to 12 years old). Group E (16 to 50 years old), Group F (51 to 70 years old). Light microscope specimens were fixed by neutral formalin, HE, Ali new blue, aldehydes and other red staining, each case were randomly selected 10 sections, each section under high power microscope randomly selected 10 fields /126.000μm ~ 2 observation .
