自身抗体在SLE发病中起着很重要的作用 ,但这些抗体的产生机制一直不清楚。近年来随着分子生物学技术的发展 ,许多学者从转基因动物疾病模型的研究中发现自身抗体的产生可能与遗传背景、重轻链的取用格局等有关。本文综述了这方面的研究进展 ,为自身耐受和自身免疫现象机制的研究提供了新的思路。
Autoantibodies play a very important role in the pathogenesis of SLE, but the production mechanism of these antibodies has not been clear. In recent years, with the development of molecular biology technology, many scholars found that the production of autoantibodies may be related to the genetic background and the access pattern of heavy and light chains in the study of transgenic animal disease models. This review summarizes the research advances in this field and provides new ideas for the study of the mechanism of self-tolerance and autoimmune phenomena.
