哮喘患者痰液中嗜酸性粒细胞 (EOS)的数量和质量的改变均较外周血液中出现更为早期且显著 ,诱导痰中EOS平均百分数在过敏原刺激后 4h由 0 5 %上升至 12 0 %并持续 2 4h ,ECP水平在刺激后 4h也由 39 8mg/L上升至 15 1 3mg/L ,在2 4h后更高 ,且痰中ECP水平与反映气道阻塞程度的肺功能指标FEV1%呈显著负相关 ,表明痰液中ECP浓度可反映哮喘患者气道阻塞程度。哮喘患者痰液中EOS存活时间延长 ,糖皮质激素等药物治疗疗效与诱导EOS凋亡密切相关 ,通过检测痰液中EOS的凋亡率 ,可评价药物治疗的效果
