用选定菌种在优选的条件下人工发酵,得到高产率的透明质酸。其中用生化试剂作培养基时所得产率明显高出文献报道值;用工业原材料作培养基时所得值也略高于文献报道值。所用菌种是一种有希望的透明质酸工业生产菌
Artificial fermentation with selected strains under the preferred conditions yielded high yields of hyaluronic acid. Among them, biochemical reagent was used as medium, the yield was significantly higher than the reported value; the value of industrial raw materials as medium was also slightly higher than the reported value.
