采用一种简易、快速、微量的奈斯勒试剂显色法，可直接从细菌固体培养物中筛选出产生L-天门冬酰胺酶的细菌。该法适用于从大量菌株中快速筛选L-天门冬酰胺酶产生菌。
Using a simple, rapid and trace method of Neisserial reagent chromotography, bacteria that produce L-asparaginase can be screened directly from bacterial solid cultures. This method is suitable for rapid screening of L-asparaginase producing bacteria from a number of strains.
