In mid-December 1994, the IAAF organized a training course for S.O. in the East Asian Regional Development Center (RDC.BEIJING). At the training course, experts from Norway presented 1-AAF’s anti-doping program of work and measures and issued a new doping control procedures instruction manual for the IAAF Anti-Doping Committee (D.C.)
