(一)为什么近期对细筛比较重视?近十几年来,炼铁对入炉原料质量的要求越来越高,世界各国铁精矿品位一般都超过65%。实行多段磨选、粗精矿再磨反浮选以及细筛再磨方法,都是提高铁精矿品位的有效途径。尤其是六十年代出现的细筛设备以及细筛再磨流程,是提高磁选铁精矿品位切实可行、经济有效的一条捷径,所以国内外对细筛的研制应用工作十分重视,发展很快,应用很广。我们所说的细筛是带有间断式击振(或敲打)装置
