从技术创新投入、技术创新开展、技术获取和技术创新产出四个方面构建了我国制造产业技术创新能力评价指标体系,利用因子分析方法对我国制造业中的六大类产业在2004-2012年间的技术创新能力进行年度评价。通过评价发现:2004-2012年我国制造产业技术创新能力的综合得分,呈现年度逐年上升的趋势,技术创新能力在这9年内有很大的进步、技术创新表现出良好的发展态势。
This paper constructs the evaluation index system of technological innovation capability of China’s manufacturing industry from four aspects: investment in technological innovation, technological innovation, technology acquisition and technological innovation output. By using factor analysis method, the author evaluates six major industries in manufacturing industry in China from 2004 to 2012 The technological innovation ability of the annual evaluation. Through the evaluation, it is found that the comprehensive score of technological innovation capability of manufacturing industry in China from 2004 to 2012 shows a trend of annual increase year by year. The capability of technological innovation has made great progress in these 9 years, and technological innovation shows a good momentum of development.
