新《食品安全法》于2015年10月1日起实施,与2009年旧法相比有较大幅度的修订。新《食品安全法》借鉴世界各国在食品安全监管方面的先进理念和制度,对我国的食品监管理念进行改革、统一食品监管主体、增设食品监管原则、扩大食品监管范围、创新食品监管制度和明晰食品监管责任,完善了社会共治,体现了从严治理食品安全的理念,提高食品安全监管水平。
The new Food Safety Law came into force on October 1, 2015, with a substantial revision compared with the old law of 2009. The new “Food Safety Law” draws on the advanced concepts and systems of all countries in the world in the area of food safety regulation, reforms the concept of food control in China, unifies the main body of food regulation, establishes the principle of food control, expands the scope of food regulation, innovates the food regulatory system and clarifies Food regulatory responsibilities, improve the social governance, reflects the strict control of food safety concepts, improve food safety regulatory level.
