02是由02弧菌所致的烈性肠道传染病,在我国《传染病防治法》中列为甲类,它对人类的危害极大,一旦被感染传播很快,因此减少和避免医院内感染,预防至关重要。我科自1998～1999年共收治该病人12例,对他们进行了强有力的消毒隔离,加强了陪人及探视人员的管理,提高了工作人员的消毒隔离意识,未发生医院内感染,从而保护了人民群众的身体健康,提高了社会效益和经济效益,现将我们的体会介绍如下。1 患者及疑似患者的处理 医院每年自5月1日～10月31日开放传染科肠道门诊和肠道观察室。所有腹泻患者都挂号到肠道门诊就医,并做大便培养和快诊,对02弧菌阳性者,立即收住传染科,进行单病种隔
